History

Operating since 1996, Crown Technical Systems is a rapidly growing company in the dynamic electrical power industry. Our main facility is located in Fontana, California with additional facilities in Garland, Texas and in the City of Vaughn, Ontario, Canada offering high quality custom substation components to all major utilities. We have grown to become a leader in the design and manufacturing of arc-resistant and non-arc, medium voltage metal clad switchgear, control buildings and enclosures, protective relay panels and more.

With a growing staff of hundreds of employees, we are able to provide quick turnaround deliveries for customers worldwide who are in need of our products for an emergency or special need. Crown’s rapid growth is expertly served by an engineering department full of electrical and mechanical engineers complimented by a highly competent support staff of draftsmen, designers, accounting, administration, and purchasing. These expansive resources allow responsiveness to meet our customer’s needs globally.
